Return Policy
When you order from us, you can expect a great product. We are fully confident in the quality of all of our products. But, we recognize that sometimes what you ask for isn't exactly what you want ¨C especially when it comes to ordering online. We don't want you to order a watch and find out that it doesn't suit your hand!
It is our mission to make our customers happy. In order to do so, we have crafted a return policy that attempts to cover for some of those problematic situations.
Return Procedures
- If you are not happy, for any reason, with your item, the first thing you must do is contact us by email
- We will contact you with instructions as to where you are to return your items back to us.
- You will be charged a restocking fee in the amount of $30 per order for your return.
- You must return any products that you do not want within 10 days of receipt in order to be eligible for refund or return.
- You will send your unwanted goods via courier. This part of the procedure will come at your own expense. You MUST provide us with a tracking number for the returned goods or we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
- You will be refunded in the same way as your initial payment was made (i.e. if you paid with your credit card your refund will be applied to it as well). It may take up to 7 days for us to process the return after we receive a tracking number from you.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that the product will be returned to China. We will absorb the initial shipping fees but we cannot pay for shipping both ways.
Important Information When Returning Goods
When you return unwanted goods to us, you must make sure to include the following information:
- Your full name and the date that your order was placed or received (or both!)
- A list of the replica products (ie handbags with item number, style or make) to be exchanged or refunded
- The reason as to why you are returned the products
If you follow the outlined steps and include all of the necessary information, the return process should run smoothly. We trust that you will have an enjoyable shopping experience with us and hope that you have no problems with our luxury goods.

We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality and accuracy. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.
If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve all issues with you.
PLEASE NOTE: We strive very hard to maintain a cusrrent and up to date inventory. However in rare cases there maybe a time when an item is out of stock at the time. If this happens please be patient with us to solve this issue for you.
If there is to be a return you will need to send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued. There is no restocking fee for items returned before 10 days of recepit. Please note, we do not pay shipping fees for items being returned to us unless it was the wrong item or damaged upon delevery. We are not responsible for custom taxes and will refuse any package that is shipped to us and requires a duty tax to be paid, this will void any refund or exchange owed to you.
Returned fees are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card, western union or other form which is agreed upon) This can take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the returned goods and verify that the item has not been used and is returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
You should include the following information, this will expedite the processing of your return.
Your full name, address, telephone number, email address, order number and the date the order was placed and received by you.
A list of the product(s) to be exchanged.
The reason for the return of the product(s)
Products we ship to you, the delivery is guaranteed to you! If your shipment is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense. If delivery is attempted to be made and you are not able to pick up the package after two attempts, your item will be returned to us. We do not pay for shipping the second time. This is your responsibility.
After your purchase has been made and your shipping details are verified, we will begin to process your order. This can take 24 to 48 hours. Your purchase will be sent directly by courier to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your order in the USA and 10 to 14 business days for other countries.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.
We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.

ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing any of our items, you acknowledge reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions and you represent, warrant and agree that you are not in violation of our terms of use listed on this page. You further agree that, should you violate any of these terms you will cause us damages equal to or greater than the amount of your current purchase, which will be forfeited.
