Under any circumstances is it not our intention to mislead our customers into believing they are purchasing the authentic brands. Any reference made to actual authentic products are for comparison purposes only in terms of price and quality. We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality and accuracy. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.
If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve all issues with you.
If there is to be a return you will need to send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued. There is no restocking fee for items returned before 30 days of recepit. Please note, we do not pay shipping fees for items being returned to us unless it was the wrong item or damaged upon delevery. We are not responsible for custom taxes and will refuse any package that is shipped to us and requires a duty tax to be paid, this will void any refund or exchange owed to you.
Returned fees are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card, western union or other form which is agreed upon) This can take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the returned goods and verify that the item has not been used and is returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
You should include the following information, this will expedite the processing of your return.
Your full name, address, telephone number, email address, order number and the date the order was placed and received by you.
A list of the product(s) to be exchanged.
The reason for the return of the product(s)
Products we ship to you, the delivery is guaranteed to you! If your shipment is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense. If delivery is attempted to be made and you are not able to pick up the package after two attempts, your item will be returned to us. We do not pay for shipping the second time. This is your responsibility.
After your purchase has been made and your shipping details are verified, we will begin to process your order. This can take 24 to 48 hours. Your purchase will be sent directly by courier to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase.
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.
We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.
